Not the best for dry hair
I have damaged fine blonde dry hair with split ends. This does give a bit of a volume, but dried out my hair even more, ends became like a straw. Assume this shampoo does not suit for damaged length

Good, detergent smell
Really nice shampoo but smells a little like laundry detergent which is off putting. Also don’t know why these bottles don’t have an easier dispensing system considering your hands are wet and you have to unscrew the bottle, then if like me you don’t have lots of room or shelving in the shower re-screw the lid back on, all with wet hands, very impractical for such an established brand.

Very disappointing product
I purchased this product after extensively researching help for my fine hair, and thought this seemed as though it would be the answer to my hair concerns.but sadly it has made my hair dry brittle and very sensitised. This was an extremely expensive mistake as I purchased the conditioner as well. I do not recommend using this.

I’ve used this for quite a while as my second shampoo and it’s great. It’s a bit spenny so I use a budget version for the first shampoo, and I recommend checking the first shampoo with an ingredient checker like Yuka to avoid damage. It leaves my hair super clean but also not so stale and flat like my thin hair usually looks after a wash. Doesn’t smell great but it isn’t off-putting.
