Was scared of this at first due to being clear, assumed it would be drying but was very gentle and didn't strip hair. For brightening I'm not sure maybe with further use I'll notice.

Cleans hair well but so much SILICONE
I was thrilled to find a shampoo that washed my thick blonde hair so well. However, after using for a good few months my hairdresser noted the difference in my hair and said the silicone in this product was essentially coating my hair in plastic. Don’t use this - it’s way too expensive and the ingredients are shoddy, I’ll be going back to olaplex
