This product is good if used correctly I’d suggest dampening your Hair and leaving it in as long as possible then shampoo and condition as normal, my hair was a bit dry after highlights and I found after a few uses of this it really helped get it back to top condition, I use once a week so it lasts, am just about to reorder, I’d definitely recommend

Good treatment
This is not a heavy oily mask, but you can fell the benefits of it in your hair, even before washing it off. I use it in my daughter's hair (very curly and dry in the ends): it makes it very easy to detangle and the curls get much more defined after dry. We really like it.

Best Mask I've Ever Used
This mask is hands down my Holy Grail. I've always had very healthy, good, strong hair, until at some point I dyed it ombre. It looked good, only it took a serious toll on my hair, and that's when I started bearing more interest in my hair care routine. I've tried countless masks, homemade and store-bought, and nothing has worked as well as this mask. I've replaced my conditioner with this, I use it in every wash on my ends (lower half of my hair, not on the roots), it has made a world of difference. It's revived my hair, made it manageable, healthy, shiny, hydrated, and it detangles like a dream. Best thing my hairdresser ever recommended me. Joico very qualitative products and I honestly don't know why this product isn't more popular. It's towards the pricy end of the spectrum (although let's be honest, there are masks that are much more expensive and a lot less effective), BUT it lasts me for around 1 & 1/2 - 2 months. And that's because a have long, very thick hair. A little would go a significant way.

I am not sure is it me, or this product is not doing what it says. I bought Intense Hydrator based on good reviews, hoping that it would help bring my bleached hair back to life. I find it too runny and feel like I need to use quite a lot of it, evenso it seems as it's not hydrating my hair enough. Generally, it would be a good hair conditioner for normal hair, but definitely not for dry damaged hair.
