Recommended by my hairdresser, this used once a week along side the k-pak conditioner is a great mask. It is heavy on the hair, so over usage isn’t going to improve condition. Use on the mid to ends to strengthen. Works great!

Not great but could work
I bought this to use after reading rave reviews on other websites but sadly it just doesnt seem to improve my very fine bleach blonde hair that can easily get product build up. I do think for someone with thicker hair who used a moisturising treatment after it (to balance out the protien) could see benefits
