Shampoo makes hair nice and smooth. Protects coloured hair. One of the best shampoos for coloured hair. Bottle was slightly open when delivered so shampoo was all over the box. Wrote A mail with pictures to lookfantastic for replacement, got an automatic ticket number and then no reaction at all. So terrible service. You can buy but when there is a problem they don t even answer.

I brought this with the conditioner after reading how good it was and wow.... Was dissapointed :(. It left a film on my hair even though I rinsed it all out and even cool water rinse.... Researched this and others have had the same but it said to lather up loads and then rinse which I found a little better but unfortunately I don't have time to stand there for ages lathering. Will possibly use again and hasn't put me off the brand but it's at the back of the cupboard for now.
