Apply to wet hair. Lather. Rinse and follow with Defy Damage Protective Conditioner or Masque.

Absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner.. have tried many others and always gone back to joico damage defy .. I bleach my hair so can feel very damaged at times but this shampoo and conditioner leave it feeling healthy soft and shiny
