I just ordered this because of the TikTok hype about retinol. I have PCOS so my skin is oily and very prone to acne and also very sensitive. To be honest I was afraid about using this for the first time because I heard that at the beginning your skin will purge?! Anyways I applied this after using the Cerave cleanser and I followed with a face cream from Eucerin with urea. The next day my skin looked visibly better; very hydrated and and it actually reduced my active breakouts! It simply looks better than when I use Duac (for acne) which was the only thing that helped me to reduce the breakouts ! So far so good and the price was good too!

Gave a terrible skin rash
Really looked forward to using this and having my skin look fresher and younger...however, having used this for two consecutive nights, it has given me a terrible, itchy skin rash (loads of little, juicy white spots) that is now taking almost a week to disappear... Obviously after two applications and a really bad reaction, I have stopped using it (literally have not used any other cream, etc. so this product is the only reason for the skin rash). Waste of money, can't use it again as I don't want to have an irritated, itchy face covered in hundreds of little spots...
