I bought this as my eyes tend to water and sometimes my liquid liner and lower lash line end up smudging. I did stupidly use this in my waterline but it mostly stayed put so it worked.. but did burn at the start! I need to experiment further as I feel it didn't help to make my lower lash eyeliner smudge any less - which was the main reason I bought it! Happy to keep using it though

Due to suffering with constant eye watering eyeliner and eyeshadow does not stay on me so I bought this to try keep products in place.
