Hair loss after having a baby
My second child is 1 now and I malt more than our 3 dogs put together. I decided to try and help my hair out so I use a Nioxin system, take these and a cheap multi-vit from H&B. I have noticed my hair feels softer and looks healthier. Doesn’t look quite so frazzled and dried out. It has grown quite long and I have lots of new growth around my ears/forehead (the area that seems to go almost bald after having a baby) but it is not very thick. Might just be my hair type. The only thing is my scalp is still pretty visible along my parting so that’s annoying. I’ll have to find something else for that. I have no idea which is helping but combined I have noticed an improvement. No miracle cure. They do taste really nice though, like sweets.
