I've been using this for 3 months now (the duo) and it's just not for me. I've got super thin hair (like ultra thin that you can see my scalp :( ) and I was hoping this would add some volume and make it feel thicker. It makes my hair feel so heavy and thinner?! Like no matter how many times I try and wash the product out it feels like it's still stuck in my hair that it's so greasy. Whenever I go home to visit my parents and use their shampoo and come back to London people comment on how much nicer my hair looks in comparison to when I use this shampoo and conditioner. Definitely not worth the money for me. I hope it works a lot better for you!

I absolutely would not recommend this shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo will leave your hair limp and feeling greasy no matter how many times you rinse it. The conditioner doesnt make any difference either. Both small ghastly of cheap cologne. Worst beauty buy this year by far

So I've been using this product for around a month now and I have to say, I am not too keen! I've got very thin hair and it never feels like it's fully clean after using this shampoo and conditioner. I used to use Olaplex and after these bottles run out I'll probably go back to that.

Best shampoo and conditioner I’ve tried
For reference, I have fine, thinning hair with no volume whatsoever. I also have very oily scalp (gets oily by the end of the day after washing in the morning), and dry, brittle ends. I have tried every shampoo and conditioner under the sun and this is the first time I have been this impressed with a product. My hair is shiny, clean, moisturised but not oily at all and my ends look nourished. I have put no other products on it after washing to test the shampoo and conditioner and I couldn’t be more pleased. My hair looks much thicker also, without any volumising products, I cannot believe it! Highly recommend if your hair type is similar to mine!

Disappointed
I was expecting big things for this shampoo and conditioner from hearing great things about the brand. Sadly I can’t say I agree with others. The shampoo does not lather well at all; i know that sometimes ‘safer’ shampoos don’t lather as well but this was another level and nothing i have experienced. My hair isn’t overly thick nor thin but i found it a mission to even make it feel clean. As for the conditioner it didn’t leave my hair as silky soft as I expected. I will continue to use this 1 because i have paid for it and 2 to try and give it another chance but just slightly disappointed upon first impressions.
