I now get the hype around ashwagandha. First week I had noticed my sleep quality was better, I got sleepy earlier and woke up more alert. And following couple weeks my body got used to it but I still woke up more energetic than before. The downside is that it is very sugary and all gummies are stuck to each other. To get a gummy out you have to dive in and it makes your fingers very sticky.
