Best hair styler ever!!!
This is the best hair straightener I've ever used (I tried a lot). It warms up very quickly, only a few seconds, smoothes the hair well, the whole device is made of quality raw material. I have been using it for years but the smoothing surface is in perfect condition, there isn't any abrasion or scratch. In the long run it is a must have item :)

Very disappointed!
I bought my hair GHD PLATINUM straightener, just over 3 years. And be in mind the last 6 months I haven’t use. Otherwise I use Max 1 time a week if that. Now the hair straightener is flashing and beeping red light. And 2 days after the whole straightener have die. I’m extremely disappointed if this is a known product fault issue as I expect a well known brand such as GHD would stand for no less than excellence. My older GHD straightener have last me 7 years.

Bought these as a replacement for my current GHD’s and I’m not disappointed. They seem to do a great job and leave my hair in a better condition than my last ones. I have thick, wavy, damaged hair and have used the V stylers for as long as I can remember so after a lot of research and review reading, I decided to take a gamble and go for the platinum styler. Having read that some people found them difficult to use and that they weren’t as effective, I was really nervous. I’ll be honest, the first few times I used them I thought I had made a huge mistake.
