1. Unfold the mask. Gently apply on a clean face with the blue protective film visible on the outside of your face.
2. Remove the blue protective film. Adjust the mask to the contours of your face.
3. Leave it on for 15 minutes and relax. Remove the mask. Massage gently to allow excess formula to be absorbed or use a cotton pad to remove.

This is a little messy to use and a little bit fiddly to get it correctly placed on your face but once you do it feels comfortable and you can either sit & relax or get on with household chores or work without it moving . I like to keep pressing the serum into my skin whilst wearing I also cut open the packet and rub whatever serum is left in the packet onto my arms and hands . skin feels very soft & hydrated after & looks very plump & refreshed great before a night out or for a morning after . Very little effort required for rewarding results-I will continue to repurchase
