Does the job
This does the job and removes the toughest of waterproof mascaras. However because of the oil content it leaves spots under my eyes. I haven’t yet found another one that removes as well though

Great for waterproof mascara
I have repurchased this multiple times and it's great at removing my waterproof mascara. It also doesn't require any rubbing I just splash some on a cotton pad and hold it over my eye for a few seconds and repeat it's really nice and gentle.
