This is a good cheap alternative to the bioderma sensibo water. It does remove eye makeup, although I prefer a separate eye remover for heavy makeup. I only use this to remove the thick of my makeup before a proper double cleanse and I give a quick swipe in the morning before my regular cleanser so it can get to work easier.
