Apply your regular toothpaste and turn on issa 3 by pressing the power button. Brush your teeth for two minutes, the same way as you would with a manual toothbrush. Rinse your mouth and rinse issa 3 with water. Use the issa 3 tongue and cheek cleaner on the back of the brush to finish your oral care routine.

Not worth it
Bought this as an investment. Honestly not worth it. Doesn’t clean teeth properly, especially back molars. Was told by my dentist to change brush immediately. Just vibrates, doesn’t spin and actually clean the teeth. All marketing. Lot of cheaper and better options. Looks cute but that’s about it.

I love FOREO. Especially their beauty gadgets. Sadly, the toothbrush isn’t my favourite and I’ll still with my previous brand in future. Very expensive and no where as good as leading brands in sonic toothbrushes.

I wish I could say this was worth the money - but it was a waste. It does 'not' remove the plaque from your teeth as well as a traditional brush. It is beautiful, and the brush itself does stay nice and clean. It also is very gentle on your gums. But, after a few weeks using this I have gone back to my regular brush as my teeth just aren't clean. I have looked into more reviews and wish I had done so before the purchase. It is a common problem that people are experiencing that the silicone bristles just dont remove the plaque as well as traditional bristles. This is a very expensive gum massager. Nice concept but, it doesn't really work. Dont waste your money.

Stopped Working
For the first week, this toothbrush was truly great. My mouth had never felt so clean. Unfortunately, it started slowing down in the second week until it broke down entirely by the end of that week. As such, I cannot recommend this product

Love the multi-functional brush head! I get a full mouth cleaning in two minutes of proper brushing and I've noticed that my teeth are a lot cleaner than when I used a manual toothbrush. I prefer that the head is a bit larger than what I'm used to because it covers more surface that way.

Love the fresh feeling!
Got this last week to replace my very old electric toothbrush that couldn't hold a charge anymore. It's a lovely brush that delivers a fresh feeling I just didn't have with my old brush. It took a day at most to get used to it, and I love the fact that I won't have to replace the heads as often as with my old one thanks to the silicone bristles!

So it takes a bit of getting used to as it doesn’t feel like a usual toothbrush but I have sensitive teeth and it’s been SO much better for me. My teeth feel so clean after use without having the need to really scrub them like a manual toothbrush. Love the fact I don’t have to charge it all the time either!
