- When to Use: After cleansing.

I absolutely love Florence By Mills. I was over the moon when it was launched. Finally, a brand that was for me. Her (Mills) products are so amazing, I love all of them!!!! This toner is so amazing. It is cool and so refreshing!! It gives me a lovely natural look and controls the oil on my face. I have definitely can see that it controlling the oil on my face. It smells amazing, with camomile and cucumber water. I have recommended this product to everyone that I know.
