Don't irritate my skin & gets rid of dead skin & even texture very well. So there is very little info on the packaging about what these are, or how to use them. All I know is what is here, on the LF site. I can't see any practical effect of using them. No improvement to my skin at all that I can see (have been using for 2 weeks). On the plus-side, I have fairly sensitive skin and these are not irritating it at all despite this regular, repeat use. May be worth a try for you but didn't work for me.
