Sebum-regulating Oil Control technology, featuring l-carnitine and absorbing micro-particles, encourages an instant dry touch finish with an anti-shine effect of up to eight hours.

This is litterally the only spf that doesn't trigger extra oil production! I wouldn't say it keeps me any more matte, but doesn't cause even more oiliness like most other spfs. Hasn't caused any breakouts / clogged pores and wears nicely under makeup.
