Ideal for elbows, knees and all places in between, warm a small amount of balm before massaging onto the skin.

Super moisturising and an absolute god send! I get cracked lips a lot due to anxiety (I bite them) and this has worked wonders for repairing the damage! Very thick so bare this in mind if you’re using for your face! I use it on mine and it does great but use sparingly just in case 😂 , wouldn’t be without it it really is a miracle in a tube!
