- Apply concealer after foundation. Use Double Wear Concealer with a brush. Swipe concealer to back of hand, then with brush smooth on over desired area. Blend well.

Amazing concealer
This applies the right consistency for me as it’s thick and I have dark circles and it covers them up nicely and doesn’t cake. It’s very hydrating aswell and makes my under eyes bright .
