I tried this version of the Double Wear after trying the original which I found too matte and dry looking. I love the texture, feel and look of this on the skin and find it very long lasting. It makes my skin look and feel silky smooth and I would recommend it as a replacement for the Double Wear Light that was discontinued.

Replacement to Doublewear Light
Estee Lauder recommended this as a replacement to the discontinued doublewear light. The colour matched perfectly however the consistency is much lighter and runs out like a liquid. The coverage goes on much more silky and can be built up. I loved the last product however this is a close match if you are looking for an alternative.

Doesn't feel too thin!
I bought this despite seeing some reviews saying it was too runny, I didn't find this a problem at all! I found it had good coverage and lasted throughout the day. Also covered up any dark patches on my face really well, which is something I usually really worry about when buying foundations! Will definitely be buying again.

So thin
I know it says ‘sheer’ but it’s literally like water! Really hope this isn’t the replacement for the light double wear as it is no where near as good. Such a disappointment and waste of money for me.

Disappointing
I have used Double Wear Light for over 15 years but this new formula is so runny and the doesn’t cover well at all, I am now looking for an alternative foundation!
