Smudge, sweat and heat-resistant, the eyeliner pencil features a fine tip and built-in sharpener for precise application. Blend using the smudger on the opposite end for a smoky, sultry look.
Apply to lashline or waterline. Use the smudge tip to blend out and soften.

I use estee lauder doublewear foundation all the time and love it, but sadly definately do not feel the same about this eyeliner. Personally i don't think its any better than revlon colorstay. Will not be buying again.

I am loving this eyeliner and would put it way above the liquid liner and the normal pencils. So easy to apply and smudges beautifully with the applicator. Can wear it all day without any panda eyes. Definitely a winner for me.

Glides on and very pigmented
Nice shade of black - not as intense as some . It is very pigmented and takes just one stroke to apply. I use this on my waterline and works incredibly well. As with all eyeliners used on the water line, it will fade a little on the outer edge so you do need to touch up a little. I love the fact that is has a twist mechanism and a built in sharpener with blending tool. One of my favourite eyeliners I've tried.
