Smudge, sweat and heat-resistant, the eyeliner pencil features a fine tip and built-in sharpener for precise application. Blend using the smudger on the opposite end for a smoky, sultry look.
Apply to lashline or waterline. Use the smudge tip to blend out and soften.

Always having issues with panda eyes so i read the reviews on this product and thought its worth a try. Its a nice product, applies well and with ease. I put it on at 6.30am and by mid afternoon i had a slight panda eyes. Yes its not as bad as i have had with previous brands but its certaintly not a perfect product. I am happy with it but im not in love with the results.
