Great body brush
Beautifully made, but with incredibly stiff bristles. This is not for the faint of heart, if you have sensitive or fragile skin this may be a bit too intense. The bristles are very stiff and abrasive so you can’t apply any pressure without it making skin sore. I use this for daily brushing to help with my lymphatic system due to suffering with Lipoedema. It does a good job, but I do have to be very careful not to over do it. It definitely helps my skin look brighter, and my legs feel a little lighter after using this for a few weeks, so I’ll definitely continue.

I use this everyday. I dry brush my whole body and then use body lotion or oil. This really gets your skin formed up ready for the summer. Body lotion is now soaked up like a drink on my skin. I don’t have to use as much product now. It has also helped with my aching muscles at night time. I sleep so much better now. I suppose it helps with circulation too. I wish I had stumbled across this sooner. I love it x
