Perfect daytime moisturiser
This is a great addition to my routine for the mornings. I don’t always have time for the extra sunscreen step, but having it built into my moisturiser means that I am protected for the morning and getting the benefit of the ingredients in the cream. It doesn’t leave any residue or white casting, tho if I get too much out of the pot it can be a little sticky. I like the scent and texture of the cream.

This is perfect for me as a non makeup kinda girl. The sunscreen is built in and the texture and finish is lovely. Very similar to the regular Optimal Pro Moisturiser. As my skin is getting older and a bit drier this will be on my regular repeat purchase list. Definitely recommend

I liked this product seemed hydrating. So was gutted when I developed redness to face 5 minutes after applying. It does say on the packaging to stop using if develop redness or itching so I don’t think it’s a case of letting your skin get used to it the more you use 😢

Wouldn't repurchase
This moisturiser pills like crazy. For the price, you'd expect it to perform better. You can get better performing ones from Cerave for much cheaper. The smell is really strong, I like it but this could put others off and it's unnecessary fragrance to be honest. It feels luxury when you apply, but rather than truly moisturising I think it just leaves a greasy residue.

Good but some pilling
I do love Espa products and thought I would try the optimal pro moisturiser with added SPF. I did find that, unlike the original version w/out added SPF, I did get some pilling when applying my make up. Nothing major and I would still recommend it, but I would leave extra time before applying foundation.
