Not ergonomic
It's a great idea, but the implementation is not ideal. The build is robust and high quality, but the tool is too small and awkward to use. The handle is too short. It's proportional to the piece that's massaging the eye area, but the weight distribution makes you drop it from your hand (and a hazard to the sink) - especially if you've already applied product to your skin and your hands are a bit slippery. The end has a heart shaped hole. That's a poor idea, as the end could have been used as a spatula to scoop out product. Overall I'm a bit disappointed. Great idea, but not thought throughout.
