Once or twice a week, massage into dry skin in upward circular movements. Pay particular attention to any dry areas, then rinse thoroughly.

Really like this scrub, plus the pot it comes in is huge. I would say it does have some small pieces in which feel a bit rough on skin so just be careful!! But altogether really like it and it always leaves me feeling very smooth
