Greasy, but leaves skin soft!
Consistency is every greasy, and waxy. I hate the consistency but the next day skin is so soft! would recommend if you have oily/acne prone skin.

I have just repurchased this cream. I love it. I bought it during Covid lockdown as my skin was very dehydrated and needed some extra TLC, this worked its magic. It is lightweight but so rich and nourishing for the skin. My skin in the morning feels so soft and plump. Sadly I don't get much of a hint of lavender but it makes no difference to me. I love this cream and will continue to purchase it again and again.

Having never used a moisturiser at night but fast approaching my 40’s, I thought I had better adopt a better skincare routine. I had read some reviews of this product, mostly mixed. It seems many people aren’t keen on the scent or texture. Well I love the scent, it’s very therapeutic, admittedly, the texture wasn’t what I was expecting and took a week or so to get used to but now I wouldn’t be without it! I always moisturised prior to applying makeup but never before bed and always had slightly dry patches in various places on my face. That’s no longer a problem! I’m onto my second tub of this and it is definitely a must have!

Great for moisture
This really does last for 8 hours and my skin feels nice when i wake up. It also smells beautifully of lavender. It's quite a thick balm (obviously why it lasts all night), so it takes a little getting used to when applying. I'm so glad I opted for this in the end, it has really helped my skin as it has been so dry lately. I have had a small patch of really dry skin which wouldn't shift with other creams, but this did the job. If it ever appears back I use some of this cream just on that patch during the day and it works. The only thing with this is that it can get greasy around my nose, which is a bit oiler than the rest of my face, so i just use it sparingly there.

Rich and nourishing
I am a little bit disappointed with this product as it is much more of a balm than a cream. The texture is very much like Vaseline, which is tricky to spread gently over the face (despite warming with palms). On the plus side it smells pleasant and has improved the dryness on my forehead.

A superb night cream
Over the last few years I have tried many night creams. I have a fair skin that is prone to dryness, and I need a nourishing cream. This one fits "the bill"! It is a fairly heavy cream, so I put some in the palm of one hand and then dab my finger in it and put some on my cheeks and forehead. Then, once the cream has warmed I slowly spread it across the skin. Do it gently and you can feel the warmth and richness of it soaking in. On the last little bits in my palm, II then wipe it over my neck. Other night creams have so many chemicals in them it seems to me and my skin reacts. It does not need these - just a rich and soft cream gently massaged in and this one is great!

A superb night cream
I love this night cream. I have quite dry skin and it is fair, so I need to make sure that is is protected from central heating, wind and sun. Every evening, after taking my make up off, I put some of this cream in the palm of one hand. Leave it a minute or so until it has softened then put "dabs" all over my face. Then gently blend them in. Sometimes I feel that I am missing out on other night creams and buy others, but always end up coming back to this cream!
