Lovely glow
Got this as part of a gift edition and was completely blown away by it. Lovely moisturiser that gives a gorgeous glow. I love it over under makeup and on its own. A staple from now on for me.

Gives skin a lovely dewy look
I purchased this product as my skin was feeling lacklustre and I wanted a product to give me that dewy look. The product smells lovely and is creamy applying it to my face. I use it under my foundation as a moisturiser - it is supposed to be a primer as well but I don't find that it works well and use a separate primer as well. Unfortunately, I have combination skin and at the moment my T zone is really oily and this product does not help and I end up with a shiny nose by lunchtime on most days. It's a shame as I love Elemis products but have to be careful about where/how I apply it.

Sunshine in a bottle
This product is absolutely amazing. I’m early 40’s and have an uneven skin tone. I’ve been trying to find a concealer/foundation that covers and doesn’t sit in my ever growing wrinkles! I was amazed when I used this product, my skin looks glowing, healthy and smooth. I wear this just on its own and don’t need to wear concealer or foundation which amazed me even more. I love Elemis, I’ve had my eye on this for a while but seeing the mixed reviews I was a bit apprehensive. I’m glad I took the plunge I now wear it daily it gives my skin a real glow and evens out my complexion, I feel confident going make up free wearing this but it’s also a great primer for everyday make up.

Definitely not a priming base for foundation. You’ll find your foundation/primer flaking as you blend. (Estee Lauder foundation) However, if you are looking for some priming glow on its own with a bit of powder on top, this is good. I don’t wear foundation all the time, so I use this on top of my Elemis SOS moisturiser, bit of concealer, powder & blush. Works great for me for a quick day look. Hope this helps. Love elemis--hate this!
This is not a primer, it creates a barrier on my skin so my foundation won't go on my face. I've tried waiting longer for it to absorb but doesn't help, gutted. I was so excited about this product.
