- Application: To use as a makeup remover, apply to a cotton pad and wipe gently over the face and eyes. To use as a daily cleanser, massage a coin-sized amount into dry skin and rinse off with warm water. It’s okay - I am giving it second chance - defo not as good as Collagen cleansing balm but can imagine this will have its own audience. I like the consistency and smell but feels like more effort to remove make-up than Collagen one

I bought this for a change rather than the pro collagen cleansing balm which I always buy. I read the reviews which said it's just as good which encouraged me to try. I wouldn't say it's anywhere near as good as the collagen one. Smell isn't as nice, texture isn't as nice and I feel you need a lot more than other balms. It's a different consistency and not great at getting eye makeup off.
