I was prompted to write this review, having read an earlier comment about delayed dispatch. Absolutely love everything about this cleansing balm. I love rose scented products so the smell is heavenly to me, though it is quite strong so if you’re not a fan of rose smelling products; don’t buy it! It takes of all my makeup, even mascara. I have exceptionally sensitive skin & have had many an allergic reaction to products but my skin loves this. My skin feels so soft after each use and I feel it’s helping to even out redness in my skin. I’ll be repurchasing, just not from this website! Ordered on 29/11 and my order wasn’t dispatched until 06/12. Not an acceptable timeframe just to pack and send out an order so I’ll be ordering from a more reliable retailer going forwards! (Probably directly from Elemis as I want to try more of their lovely products)
