Beautifully packaged, the balm comes with an applicator and a cloth. The applicator is very handy as it allows you to dip into the balm and apply to face all while preventing bacteria from mixing with it. The cloth is lovely and soft, as well as effective at removing the balm. The balm itself smells wonderful and feels lovely on the skin. My skin felt baby soft after using and I have now starting using it morning and night. You do not need to use much and so I feel one 105g tub will last a while!

I have combination dry/oily skin, and I use this to remove my makeup without stripping my skin, it smells lovely and moisturises without leaving my skin greasy. Comes with a flannel and scoop too. This is my second tub of this: can use it as a mask as well as a cleanser and it lasts a long time, almost a year for me!
