This soak will warm your body, so it is excellent for warming cold hands and feet. It can ease period pains, swelling and stiffness and boost circulation.
Directions of Use:
- Add three capfuls whilst running the bath.
- Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes.

It’s a no from me
Em, I bought this having seen an influencer recommend it highly. I’m afraid this product was not for me. Don’t get me wrong it does ease tired and achy muscles … but the smell is quite off-putting. It smells very medicinal, so much so that last night I clicked that it reminds me of the smell of a veterinary surgery. Instead I will be sticking to Neal’s Yard. Their aromatic and seaweed and arnica foaming baths are far superior to this. Sorry Elemis: I tried to like you.
