This Elemis Muscle Super Soak is an essential for all sport fanatics or anyone with rheumatic aches and pains. This deep heat, aromatherapeutic remedy is a powerful antidote to aching muscles.
Using energising and warming extracts of birch, juniper, clove, alpine lavender, wild thyme and blue chamomile combined with mineral rich sea salt to ease tired muscles and recharge your body, Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak will detoxify and cleanse, while working as a deep heat treatment to relieve muscle strain after exercise and hard work. This soak will warm your body, so it is excellent for warming cold hands and feet. It can ease period pains, swelling and stiffness and boost circulation.
Directions of Use:
- Add three capfuls whilst running the bath.
- Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes.

This really does what is says on the bottle, thanks to Look Fantastic it is affordable at their great price - never though I would spend more on bubble bath than wine - but yes its worth it !!!!

Expected more
I am one of those ”sport fanatics” that the description addresses, so when I bought the product I had high expectations which are only partially met. The product has a great foam and the aromatherapeutic part really makes you relax but when it comes to the pain easing part - I'm not as convinced. Considering the price I had expected the product to have a greater impact on strained muscles.

Lovely product but too expensive!
Great product but I had to use sooooo much of it for each bath! Would not buy it again on that basis. You could get a similar effect using essential oils.... And it would be much more economical!

great relaxing soak
This is a great product. It smells wonderfully fresh & relaxing and it's the perfect muscle relief bath product for when you're tired or under the weather. It may seem pricey but it lasts a long, long time as you don't need much. I love blue colour too! I bought it based on the reviews as I wanted something effective and long-lasting. And I got just that! I will definitely explore the other bath products from Elemis as well as re-purchase this one!
