Illogical packaging, unpleasant product
I rarely review anything, but the passionate hatred that I feel towards this product is such that I felt compelled. I’m perhaps half open to the idea that this could just be a bad batch or something, but I found this product difficult and unpleasant to use. To begin with, the pump and rigid container is annoying to use and leaves little hope of completely exhausting the entire bottle. The product, when it does do as sold, is okay, but 9/10 I find that it reacts poorly with my skin and forms those very gross sort of dry flakes/granules and begins to crumble off. It’s not cheap, so I feel the pump mechanism alone is bad enough, but the product, I really, really dislike. There are a great many more nourishing and more economical products that will achieve superior results.

I happened to try the sample of this cream in Lookfantastic November 2020 Beauty Box and since then I can't live without it! Although it's pricey, it is totally worth it. The cream smells amazing and leaves the skin sooooo soft. Love it!
