Taking its name from a recipe of tartaric, lactic and citric acids, Drunk Elephant’s T.L.C Sakuri Babyfacial™ seeks to leave your complexion feeling baby-soft with a revitalised glow. The cult-favourite mask delivers a resurfacing effect, helping to slough away dead skin cells, dulling impurities and pore-clogging debris.
Enhanced with glycolic and salicylic acids, the supercharged 25% AHA and 2% BHA blend works to smooth the appearance of textural irregularities, pores and fine lines. An antioxidant-rich smoothie of matcha, milk thistle, apple and pomegranate lends a conditioning and soothing effect, while chickpea flour helps to balance and brighten.
The at-home facial has been created with all skin types in mind thanks to a pH of 3.5, delivering optimum efficacy while still respecting the skin’s barrier. Topped with hero ingredient marula oil to leave your complexion with an ultra-smooth glass-like finish, Babyfacial™ will be your new skincare secret.

Use once weekly. Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry. Follow immediately with Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil for best results. Slight tingling may be experienced. If new to Babyfacial™, consider starting with 10 minutes and gradually working your way up to the full 20-minute time. Tip: Think of T.L.C. Framboos™ as nightly maintenance and Babyfacial™ as weekly deep cleaning.

Very beautiful and creative, well-thought, promising design. Detailed, informal description. Lovely. Mask itself: very easy to use, although it really brings some tingling sensation on and leaves some worrying redness and puffiness on too for some time. Oil: exceptionally luxurious and doesn’t feel oily, definitely would like to purchase it again After treatment skin looked and felt very very soft and elastic and full, had nice bright even colour, no shine. Very smart product. 3/5 because we don’t understand why tingling sensation and redness, puffiness came on even just for a short time, but still… why? Maybe reaction? Or too strong, harsh on skin? Or if that’s normal, why though? With additional explanation I would worry less. Result is very good. But would be nice to know, that the way to achieve is absolutely safe, no risk of harm even in long-term regular use.

What a treat!
I was asked to review this product and having never sampled any of the Drunk Elephant range, I was very excited to have the opportunity to do so. I am no stranger to ‘highly active’ skin care ranges given my age and have peels and regular microdermabrasion treatments to keep my skin as youthful as possible, but this little pot of magic really did surprise me with its potency and fabulous results! I would highly recommend! The only thing I did slightly different and which wasn’t suggested in any of the written info, was use a handheld face massager to really work the oil into my skin post facial which was both effective and very relaxing. I do however, have one piece of negative feedback and that’s the lack of information regarding sun protection. This product is incredibly active and the need to use a high SPF in the days following treatment would be essential, in order to protect the new baby skin cells after the old ones have been ‘knocked off’. Not wanting to leave this review on a negative note, I would certainly purchase this product again!

Tingling at first application as stated on the leaflet. The oil that comes in the packaging feels nice to apply after the mask, doesn’t feel oily at all. After the mask, skin does look smooth and glowy, no redness at all.
