Does what it says, on the tin! Also it gently removed not only psoriasis plaques but soothed my scalp. Will have a bottle always in stock now! The top needs piercing with scissors to open the seal totally- arthritis in hands makes this difficult, so please look at this? Great product!

this product is a game changer! if you are looking for a scalp scrub then this is THE one! You apply directly onto the scalp before washing and leave it for a bit before washing out. I applied to the front of my scalp where I am prone to psoriasis and this has helped massively.
