Designed to drench the complexion in hydration, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream is ideal for dry or lacklustre skin types. The multifaceted face cream helps to nourish the skin’s acid mantle or skin barrier, while providing defence against everyday environmental stressors.
Formulated with a pH of 5.2, the formula features six African oils, alongside a plant ceramide complex to help protect and condition the skin. Star ingredient marula oil offers an intensive moisture boost, while a sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer works to minimise the appearance of fine lines. Rich yet lightweight, the cream promotes a fresh, brighter-looking visage.

I purchased this after buying one for my daughter for Christmas. Love that the pot dispenses the correct amount of product. Cream is on the richer side but absorbes well and sits beautifully on top of other skin care products (hyaluronic primer spray and serum) and creates a perfect base for primer and foundation. Scent is light. Skin feels really hydrated.

Thought I would treat myself, see what all the hype is about
I was sceptical about paying so much for a skincare product and if it would be worth the money. I have used it a few times now, and drop a few of a bronzi drops into it and mix it on the lala retro clean pump surface like you see people do. It felt hydrating and smooth on the skin, adding the bronzi drops gave me a nice little glow. It sat nicely under my foundation and concealer. I bought the drunk elephant items I got on a 3 for 2 offer which was value for money. Only used it a few times, so too soon to say if it was worth the investment.
