I normally use tea tree oil but I’ve been getting some quite painful hormonal spots since starting HRT and wanted to find something more soothing - which this is. It’s definitely helping and healing and soothing the spots and bringing it all out. Just one tip - read the instructions. Don’t shake the bottle.

Good for overnight
This product is Good to use and leave on overnight as it leaves a white chalky residue behind that is quite hard to remove. It does dry any spots up quickly though but I now use murad blemish control instead
