The lip balm moisturises while delivering bold colour and can be built up from a subtle wash of pigment to a high-impact full coverage colour. Lovely pigment, especially for warm skin. Not sticky. No strange smell. Use for cheeks too on prepped and moisturised skin for those foundation free days. Do need to exfoliate lips otherwise the pigments will catch on dried skin and stick to them - drawing attention to it.
