Follow the quick and easy two-step process, applying each pre-soaked towelette to your face, neck and décolleté using a circular motion. Alpha Beta Peels can be used every day (AM or PM), followed by your serum and moisturiser.

I have been using these pads once to twice a week for more than 12 months. I started on the standard strength (and would of course suggest everyone does the same) and worked my way up to the extra strength. I like to use the pads as part of a mid week nighttime routine: double cleanse, enzyme mask, Dr Dennis Gross peel pads; vitamin A and lactic acid serums to follow.
