After cleansing, place device comfortably over the face. Adjust strap to fit around head. Press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on device, select light setting, and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes. Device will automatically shut off. Excellent product
I am very impressed with this LED mask. It is so easy to use. Only being using for a couple of weeks but saw immediate results. I have been doing a few slots of the 3min sessions during the week and mainly using the red lights. My skin is much plumper and firmer. My Melasma marks are starting to get a little lighter. It is early days but I am looking forward to seeing the full on results in 10 weeks. It is expensive but it does pay for itself. Highly recommend
