After cleansing, place device comfortably over the face. Adjust strap to fit around head. Press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on device, select light setting, and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes. Device will automatically shut off. The only design flaw is the strap; I have to anchor it on my ponytail to keep it in place.

Beware I developed new melasma within days when using this and dr gross products
Bought this as highly recommended by friends however when using the blue light combo for a week - within two days I noticed tiny spot of pigmentation along my forehead which has never had any pigmentation. Would strongly urge those with darker skin types, brown etc to be aware that this could be a cause of melasma - I also used this in conjunction with his oil free cleanser and moisturiser and AHA wipes - something there has triggered the new pigmentation. Staying well away from the products for now and have to now work at lightening the damage.

Expensive but its been a good investment. Havnt noticed massive changes but I’m sure it’s helping with the overall appearance of my skin. So easy to use, just pop it on and press a button. I’ve tried other devices where you have to apply a gel first and it always felt a chore. Due to the price I would say invest if you know your going to use it.

I was suffering with really bad hormonal spots on my chin and on a whim thought I’d buy this mask, the problem is is that the mask only covers the chin and any on the jaw line it doesn’t get so I’m not sure it’s really working that well for me. I’ll persist but I usually use Tretinon and hydroquinone and I don’t think you’re supposed to use Tretinon with it.
