Enjoy 1 heaped tablespoon (20g) of powder in 200ml of coffee, tea, milk or smoothie. Mix well. Take once a day.

Collagen and protein!
I add this to my black coffee in the morning - makes it creamier. No need to have protein powder as this has both collagen and protein in!

Vanilla Collagen Creamer
I've been using the vanilla collagen creamer for a few weeks now and can see the difference in my skin, nails and hair. My skin is glowing and clear, my nails feel strong and my hair shinier and less breakage. The collagen creamer also has a good amount of protein in and I like to add and mix in with my yoghurt.

Great taste, notice a difference when I don’t use it

Collagen Creamer
I have been using Dose & Co Collagen creamer for years. I have thin hair and weak nails so thought I would give it a try. It mixes into coffee and makes it taste very creamy. I did find that my hair and nails became thicker after about a month of using it but you need to use it constantly. I stopped using it for a couple of months during lockdown and my nails became weak and hair started falling again.
