The DISCIPLE Skincare Miracle Patch is a heat-activated patch that has been carefully formulated with 8mg of CBD. The top-grade, hypoallergenic patches adhere to the skin and stay firmly in place for 24 hours with an undetectable finish.
Simply apply to a relatively hairless part of the body, such as the inner arm, and then remove and reapply the next day. Move to a slightly different location to allow the skin to breathe.

Place one patch on a relatively hair free part of the body (inner arm works well). After 24 hours replace patch in a slightly different location to allow skin to breathe. Any residue can be washed off with a mild soap.

Nope!
Waste of money! Patches were difficult to remove from the packaging and didn’t stay well on skin. I’m a nurse so know how to prep skin for dermal patches. Also found the adhesive extremely itchy when they did stay on.
