Use as a mascara base in the morning and as a conditioner in the evening. Gently and evenly, brush a small amount of tonic onto lash roots and sweep outward towards tips.

Not up too much
Been trying this for 3 weeks now. I don't wear mascara so was hoping this might define my lashes in some way. It doesn't & I don't think it conditions my lashes either. As a tonic it does nothing but maybe it works as an eyelash primer.
