I bought this thinking it was a serum to help eyelashes grow but it is not! It is supposed to make sure your eyelashes are conditioned and strong. Perfect to use before mascara and after a long day with waterproof mascara that can be so aggressive to take off. My lashes feel and look amazing. I sometimes feel a tiny bit of itchiness if I apply too much but if you clean the spooly before applying should be okay
