Quality product that works.
I bought this because my lashes tend to break easily due to being brittle. Although it doesn't claim to grow lashes, I have definitely seen growth and thickness. This is a fabulous little product that improves the appearance of lashes within a few weeks. I normally use Rapidlash for growth, but will now alternate between that and DHC. I absolutely recommend this product, it's really good.

Conditions but not sure if it lengthens
I got this on the basis of good reviews and good value, compared to other products that claim to increase lash length and volume. While I found it conditioned and softened my lashes, it was also a bit thin and left a watery coating on my lashes - I would apply before going to bed and even 30 min later it was still sitting on my lashes and easily wiped off. I didn't notice any change to the length or volume of my lashes but they did feel softer when I used it regularly so it must have been doing something.

Wouldn't buy again
Tried this for a few weeks and noticed no difference at all. I applied before bed, and in the morning before applying mascara. One thing I would say is if using as a primer it does prevent mascara from clumping but if you like a heavier coating of mascara then it does make it harder to do. I personally wouldn't buy it again.
