Precleanse 150ml
The first step of your double cleansing regimen, this precleanse oil seeks to thoroughly melt away makeup, excess sebum, sunscreen and daily build-up. Enriched with conditioning fatty acids to help nourish the skin, the non-comedogenic formula aims to enhance the results of the following cleansing step.
Special Cleansing Gel 250ml
This best-selling gel helps to thoroughly remove impurities without stripping the skin of moisture. The gel transforms into a refreshing lather that works to gently lift toxins and debris from the skin, helping to leave the complexion feeling smooth and clean. Lending a soothing effect, the mild cleanser is suitable for everyday use.
Precleanse: Dispense into dry hands. Massage over dry face and eyes to dissolve surface oil and dirt. Concentrate on areas of congestion or stubborn debris. Wet hands and continue massaging to create a light, milky emulsion. Rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with Dermalogica Cleanser for professional cleansing results.
Gel: Following the application of PreCleanse, gently lather a small amount of gel in moistened hands and apply to dampened face and throat. Rinse with warm water. Follow with Multi-Active Toner and Dermalogica Moisturiser.

Lovely duo
Pre cleanse oil is my favourite of this duo. It melts everything off my skin, no problem to take care of even the most stubborn mascaras and full face makeup. Aroma is nice, slight citrus and feels so silky. Special cleansing gel is good also, does leave skin clean without over stimulating it.

Cautiously optimistic
I immediately loved the feel of these products and the feel of my skin after using them - clean, soft, smooth, not tight. I would say I'm not a big fan of the smell of the oil - it's not bad as such, but a bit on the sweet side for my liking. Not a major issue though, you don't notice it lingering after using the gel. I have, after barely a couple of weeks use, had a fairly significant flare-up of my already temperamental skin - it could be hormonal, it could be purging after starting using these products as a new routine. I'm going to give it a chance and persevere for a few months because it would definitely be worth it if it is purging and it does seem highly likely as I've never used the double cleansing method before and it seems so much more thorough and my pores appear smaller already. I would caution anyone who puts too much stock in reviews because products like these may not work for everyone, but that doesn't make them bad products. Of course, trying them out can be an expensive business, so I get people expecting a lot for the price. I'm hopeful of good results in the end.
